Our engineering team has the skills and technology needed for projects of any degree of complexity, and with our modern equipment we are able to produce anything our customers envisage. Mond Line Pro manufacturing facility is situated in Belgrade, on more than 800m² and staffed with 20 highly skilled workers, enabling us to promptly finalize all orders. Also, we are able to take smaller orders instantly, so apartment owners, who need their windows changed quickly, dont’t have to wait.

Samples of finished products can be seen in Mond Line Pro stores in three locations in Belgrade. All the necessary informations, as well as pre-calculations of each order can be issued in stores, so there is no need to communicate indirectly or to visit production site. We constantly work to strengthen the interaction with wider society, especially by launching charitable projects, such as donations of windows to various public institutions. We also recycle all surplus materials from the production site.

BEST PROFILES IN EUROPE

We use the highest quality PVC and aluminum profiles in the production process – for PVC doors and windows, we use profiles made by German company VEKA, while for aluminum doors and windows we rely on Greek manufacturer Elvial. VEKA is the world’s largest extruder of PVC profiles and a pioneer in PVC technology, with factories on four continents. Their profiles are used in wide variety of buildings, including top projects currently being developed throughout the world. PVC profile made by VEKA isn’t just a great product, it is the best PVC product in the market. Our strategic partnership with VEKA was confirmed by an initiative for a joined presence on International Building Trade Fair in Belgrade, reaffirming Mond Line Pro as a partner with most knowledge about VEKA profiles.

Our goal is also to offer quality aluminum doors and windows at best possible prices, and we are able to do just that by using aluminum profiles made by Greek company Elvial. Doors and windows made with Elvial profiles are great both for big commercial projects and for homes, and that is why Elvial is the fastest growing brand in this sector. It is safe to say that before Elvial came market, it was very hard to offer aluminum windows and doors of great quality with prices that could compete with other materials, but now everyone can choose aluminum and not worry about the price.

Mond Line Pro has great experience with complex PVC and aluminum solutions. Our high standards are recognized by construction companies from EU, Canada and New Zealand, who regularly order our products. We take great pride in exporting of finished goods to Western markets, as it is much more common for Serbian companies to export raw products and to import finished goods.

Calculations of thermal characteristics, heat isolation, sunlight reflection and other values for each product is checked and declared using the software certified by Kiwa, one of the world’s leading certification bodies.

Characteristics of VEKA and Elvial profiles used for manufacturing are measured by leading European certification bodies, such as Institut für Fenstertechnik from Germany and Istituto Giordano from Italy.
